  My daughter could not wait to come here. She got a nice belt bag. The staff was friendly. It was clean and nice.

  Went to the Crocker Park location yesterday to exchange a pair of new shorts that had the cap of the drawstring fall out. The employee was explaining to the customers in front of me how they can look up purchases through a customers phone number. When it was my turn, I explained to the cashier how I do not have my receipt but I do have my phone number. I gave her my phone number, but then she said she was unable to look up my account through my phone number? She then gave me an excuse and told me that the "system changed" and they can no longer search up accounts by phone number because data was deleted?? The woman left me with no alternatives and did not even attempt to fix the issue for me and so i simply left. I am very dissatisfied with my service at Lululemon Crocker Park. This is especially frustrating because the shorts cost $90 and i understand manufacturing mistakes happen, but you shouldn't turn down the customer because of a mistake in your system. Thank you.

  I had the best experience at this location. I had someone personally help me purchase the best pair of leggings I own. Not only are they perfect for my body type (size 8) but the employee was extremely helpful and I will never buy another brand of leggings now. This brand really does know how to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for consumers
