  It is very rare these days that I have an experience worth sharing, let alone writing a review about. Having worked in the service industry since I was 18, I’ve seen many sides of customer service, and honestly, it’s not what it once was. But today, the staff at the Lululemon in Virginia Beach Town Center completely changed my mind. They were so attentive in helping me find the right size and fit, and even went the extra mile to help me complete my look. I am about to begin the hardest journey of my life—beating cancer—and after a recent surgery and port placement, I’ve been feeling self-conscious. Yet, the team made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. When I got to the register, I was blown away by the kindness and compassion I received. It left me speechless. I was already a fan of the brand, but this experience has made me a loyal client to this location and this incredible team. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me feel confident and comfortable on some of the most difficult days ahead.

  Came in to get a new jacket refund & Nyah checked me out and was AWESOMEEE!! So so sweet and patient and helped me without everything i need and all my questions❤️❤️
