  came here looking for a specific sports bra and i have to shout out the manager Morgan for her extraordinary customer service. lululemon is known for their great customer service but she went completely above and beyond for me, telling me all about the bra i was looking for and helping me with sizing!! i have never experienced such good service and couldn’t be more grateful for Morgan!!

  Vail Village Customer service was terrible. The young lady that helped had a horrible attitude. She was unwilling to help, very rudely said it was not her job and told me to call customer service. all and all, she was extremely rude about it. If you look at any of my other reviews you will see they are all positive. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this was just rude.

  I do write a lot of reviews because I really think that when someone goes out of their way, they need to be recognized!! I went to Lululemon during a very busy holiday weekend Labor Day and Morgan helped my daughter and I and went out of her way to get us everything we needed with a smile which does not happen very often!! Thank you Morgan for all your help. I really appreciate it especially because I have a place here in Vail and I will be seeing you more.!!! Thanks again!😊

  Stumbled into this Lululemon while visiting Vail (MN girl here!) and now every other store has big shoes to fill. Morgan is a Lululemon legend—she went above and beyond to help me secure the coveted Raceway Green Define Jacket. Her customer service? Elite. Her energy? Immaculate. This store? Forever be my favorite.
