  I appreciated my shopping experience with the exception of the fact that there is no parking lot so I need to park in the parking structure. I would prefer direct access. The employees are friendly and I expected the high prices. So, all in all I got what I came to get.

  Paula was amazing she really vouched for my wife and I and was a huge help getting us what we wanted! Paula is amazing among all the other store associates! We will definitely be back again to get more!

  Corporate should seriously look into and investigate racism from the staff at this store. A blonde white employee in the women’s department was kind and attentive to other customers, but when she looked at me, she skipped over and ignored me. I came in ready to buy a matching set to treat myself, but instead I was met with no acknowledgment or kindness. No customer should ever be treated this way.

  I've shopped at Lulu-DtS since they opened. That opening staff was a gem. Absolutely wonderful, engaging people and sincere retail professionals. On my last visit (early August '25), perhaps I wasn't wearing enough Lululemon clothing on me as I came from the gym. I was wearing UA gym wear and maybe looked scruffy and not as clean shaven as what would be the norm for me. That said, the door greeter was on a mission to prevent loss prevention. I get it; no retailer wants theft. We at Trader Joe's in the same mall also have to deal with inventory losses BUT we are far, FAR more subtle about it. This woman was on me like wet-on-water! It made me feel so uncomfortable, even when I was having full conversation with her in an upbeat manner to diffuse her zealousness. I suppose I need to wear my best when I shop there, so as not to be profiled. :-/ Notice the pattern on the Reviews -- many prior to 2yrs ago were consistently good reviews. One year ago, the positive reviews started to diminish. In the past 6 months, it's either crickets i.e. no reviews, at least not as plentiful or they are negative reviews. Hmm, hello corporate office. It is time for an overhaul, ya think?!?!
