Oh my God the Lululemon from hell. You got two cells associates hanging up stuff looking on inventory but no one wants to check anyone out. At these kind of prices and you get this kind of service. Screw you Lululemon. The manager then said they were short staffed.

hailey was great! I exchanged some leggings due to being too small and not a cute color, but the leggings i wanted were not in store so i ordered some to ship in store. The order was not even picked up by carrier for a week so i checked in store to see if maybe the tracker was delayed & I was told it was likely lost. Instead of having me call the carrier and jump through hoops for some $90 lost leggings, hailey went out of her way to call the customer experience team & see how we can exchange my lost leggings for a new in-store pair. I was told my original form of payment would have to be sent as a gift card to my email with a delay of a business day or two. Hailey even offered to let me hold the in-store leggings i wanted until the card arrived. FIVE STARS FOR SERVICE!! great customer experience and super helpful

I received the best in class customer service today, at Galleria.
Pasquale was caring, calm, and kind. My shoes were beginning to peel, and stores didn’t have the style/color I wanted.
He was so kind to search it up, and find it. Typically these days, even at Lulu, no one really goes the extra mile. Typically, if I simply ask for another size/color, they’re like we have what’s on the floor, that’s it. It’s very rare when someone helps you find another store, or a solution.
This guy should be your corporate trainer, and deserves recognition. Pasquale was patient and willing to help, even when it isn’t simple. Just for his spectacular service, I rate this store 5/5 ⭐️’s!

I strongly advise caution when shopping at Lululemon. Many of their items aren’t available in-store, and their online sales often offer only minimal discounts. I’ve found their sizing inconsistent—often too large or too small—and to make matters worse, returns aren’t handled like other reputable fashion retailers. Instead of a full refund, they typically offer store credit, which feels unfair, especially when the products don’t meet expectations. In my experience, their return policy lacks the flexibility and customer care that’s standard in the industry. I hope they reconsider these policies to better serve their customers.
