My daughter had the most amazing visit on her birthday and received a very special and much appreciated gift from the staff working that day (Angela, Allie, Spencer and Andrew). Thank you so much for making her day so amazing! We will definitely be back soon!

Went in store to do a refund for an item purchased on a credit card and they said i could only receive a refund with a merchandise card and then went back in line to a different cashier who gave me my refund back on my original payment. Fix your customer service
I went to return an item I purchased on my debit card, well within Lululemon’s return period and with my receipt in hand. Instead of refunding my money to the same card (as their official policy states), the store manager Andrew told me their “system” would only allow a refund to a gift card. They could not provide a written or posted policy supporting this, and refused to escalate or help me get my funds back to my original payment method.
Lululemon claims to value their guests, but refusing to follow their own policy and keeping my money in store credit feels deceptive and unprofessional. If you shop here, be aware you may not get your refund the way you paid.
I just had one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in years at the Lululemon store in Somerset Mall, Troy, MI. I spent over $500 on apparel, and from the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like royalty. Attentive, helpful, respectful — this is how premium brands should treat their customers.
But what truly set Lululemon apart was their incredible return policy. They stand behind their products 100% and make sure the customer feels respected and confident in their purchase. No games, no attitude, no hoops to jump through — just clear, fair, and generous service that reflects the quality of their brand.
Contrast this with my recent disaster at the Alo store in the same mall: Alo refused to refund a return that was worn once indoors and still within the 30-day window — and all because of minor scuffing caused by their own design. Their staff made it feel like I was doing something wrong just by asking for a return. Frankly, it was insulting.
Lululemon is everything Alo is not: professional, customer-focused, and proud to stand behind their products. I’ll be shopping here exclusively from now on. If you value your time, money, and dignity — avoid Alo at all costs and shop at Lululemon instead. They’ve earned my loyalty for good.
