  Outstanding service can completely change how you feel about a brand, and that’s exactly what happened when I spoke with Melanie at the Charleston Lululemon store. The difference in customer service between Charleston and Mount Pleasant was like night and day. At Mount Pleasant, I had a disappointing call with a manager who was not very friendly or helpful. In contrast, Melanie at Charleston went above and beyond from the very first moment. I called to ask about a specific item. She immediately said, “Hang tight, let me check for you.” Within a minute she was back on the line, letting me know they didn’t have it in stock. Without me even asking, she offered to look at other locations. She found the item, gave me the details, and did all of it with a friendly, professional tone. That kind of initiative and genuine customer care makes a huge difference. Melanie truly represents the best of Lululemon. I’ll continue shopping at the Charleston store because of the experience she created.

  This location was very helpful in allowing me to check my purchase history and recover previous sizing. Trinity was a huge help in cleaning off a pair of pants that had some drag at the bottom before I purchased them! She was super personable and helped out a lot!!! If you ever need help, ask for Trinity!

  I love shopping at Lulu. I always spend 100s every time I shop. Today I had about 800 worth of stuff to buy for my bday. NOT ONE employee acknowledged my presence. Not one ee asked if i needed help, a different size or anything. I DID stand by a dressing room and a girl asked if i needed to try on and asked my name. Never got asked another thing. However I could clearly hear them greeting other customers, helping them get other sizes. I left feeling invisible and put all my merchandise back. Do better girls. All customers are valuable. And I promise I had all the money to spend but y’all chose to help college students looking for bargains and customers who looked like you. Not a good experience at my favorite brand store. King Street location in Charleston SC
