  I came into Lululemon today with an issue. my pants had ripped while I was at work, and I really needed to get them exchanged. My schedule during the week is pretty packed, so it was important that I got this handled today. Julia helped me out and did an absolutely fantastic job. She was understanding, professional, and made sure the whole process was smooth and stress-free. She really upheld the quality and service that Lululemon is known for, and I left feeling taken care of. Big thanks to Julia, Mariam, and Kendall for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience! Seriously this 12 Oaks Lulu crew is great!

  The worst customer service of my life. Staff are not helpful and the return policy is ridiculously strict

  Customer service is complete trash! I have multiple pants and shorts that are falling apart and they have changed the policy to 1 year quality assurance. Anything after the year they tell you to fly a kite. I called customer care and they are all in the Philippines and don’t speak English. You can’t speak to a manager or anything. STAY AWAY FROM LULULEMON!!! PRODUCT IS TRASH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE!!!

  My husband and I went in to get a pair of his pants hemmed. Brandon helped him with sizing and was extremely helpful. We ended up leaving with two more pairs, due to Brandon’s recommendations. My husband was super satisfied and loves his new work pants! Was very pleased with Brandon’s customer service and would use his expertise again.
