Store and associates are amazing, corporate should stop forcing associates to say hi every time someone enters a section. Just be available. CORPORATE READ THIS IT DOESN'T MAKE ME WANT TO BUY MORE.

Lauren was so helpful today! I saw a spider and she quickly took care of it. She was so lovely!

I was on vacation in Seattle with my fiancè, and was shopping for some new workout gear for my wardrobe. I was helped by Amber, and she was more than helpful in explaining everything I needed. She thoroughly went through the correct sizing I needed for the best fit. It was a great experience. I would definitely be going back to any store for great quality products. But if in town, I would see Amber as she made the experience so much better.

Don't go for their free alteration service. I visited the store to purchase a pair of pants, but they didn’t have my size. The sales associate suggested I buy a larger size and assured me they offered free alterations. They confirmed it would only take two weeks and that I’d be contacted once the pants were ready for pickup. That seemed reasonable, so I agreed. Four weeks passed with no update. I called the store and left a voicemail. Three days later, I finally received a call back—only to be told they had lost my pants. My options were either to return to the store and buy a new pair or request a refund. Mistakes happen, but what’s disappointing is the lack of a system to track alteration orders, the three-day delay in returning my call, and the sales associate’s complete lack of remorse during the conversation despite advertising alterations as a big service to push the purchase on the customers.

This stores discriminated me so bad as a black woman. They looked at me didn’t speak to me then called a security in the store to record me as if I was stealing.
