Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

This store has a great selection of products and very helpful employees. If something isn’t in stock at the location, they’re happy to order it and have it shipped right to you. I was helped by Kumail, who was friendly and knowledgeable.

My recent shopping experience was highly positive, particularly due to the friendly and helpful staff who effectively addressed my needs. Furthermore, I enjoyed participating in a 3km run organized by lululemon, which provided an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow runners and experience the Square One area. The event was exceptionally well-organized, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Gemima, Karina and Rojda were very helpful when I was shopping for gifts for my family and a hoodie for me. I was concerned about the customer service at this location for a while but it’s amazing to see them building back!! Awesome work square one , you’ve kept me from switching to Alo

Kinda embarrassing how they just hire these people who have no ounce of desire to actually do good customer service. Im sure they do good in their interview because they wanna get hired. But how does management track their behaviour and performance while in the job. I guess, by reviews. So here’s mine. Stop hiring people just basing on looks, how about base it on attitude and manners and do constant reviews/ RTOs with them on the floor. I spent almost an hour in the store just to walk out with nothing because of one girl throwing me attitude. So there. My review is just one of many testaments from other people here on google reviews. 🙂 olivia is the name of the lady whom i encountered.

Went to Lululemon this evening and was met with horrible service at the cash register. I have recently got my license as a health care practitioner and was hoping to use the Health Care provider discount for the first time in store. When I asked about using it, I was met with attitude by a Blonde Caucasian worker at the front register, as she found my question to be unnecessary?? (I have seen other comments making a similar complaint about her). My partner and I were really confused about the interaction because I had not said anything out of the ordinary that should make anyone upset. Interactions like this keep me from wanting to make purchases in-store and even more so from establishments like Lululemon.
