  Shout out to Kelly N and Julia who assisted us today. Been a long time lulu loyal customer and recently lost one of my most fav pieces while travelling and they helped me replace it. I can’t thank you guys enough!!💕 Def the best brand 💕 Also my husband is very happy with his new ABC 5 pocket pants he grabbed! Thank you

  I was very disappointed with my experience at Lululemon in Vaughan Mills. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. I had to repeat my questions multiple times before getting any response, and even then, answers were short and uninformative. Their dismissive attitude made shopping frustrating, and it was clear other shoppers faced similar issues. For a brand known for quality and customer service, this was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses this because, as it stands, I cannot recommend this location and am unlikely to return.

  Best Lululemon in the GTA. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Harnit went above and beyond! Kafiya was amazing and so kind! I love coming here.

  They said they would give members a free keychain gift, but the next day it was already sold out. Other stores allowed customers to choose different keychain colors, but this store just said the gift was gone and refused to offer any alternatives. I really don’t understand why this store manager is so “special.” Lululemon has been so insincere with this promotion — the event was supposed to last for days, yet everything was gone by the second day. It’s disappointing that different stores treat customers differently.

  Recieved an extremely inappropriate comment from an employee in the change room who also then placed the wrong order for me afterwards at checkout. I also tried to call them after and no one picked up after several phone calls.
