  I needed a couple of things here and I just wanted to say that Suzanne was really nice and welcoming and patient. She took the time to make sure I had a pleasant experience here. Very satisfied with customer service that I wanted to drop a note here. Good job and Thank you. K.

  I regret that I didn't look at the poor reviews before I visited this Lululemon Store. I visited different stores before with good customer experience, but the staff in this mall were rude and with poor service. I bought 6 pairs of brand new lulu socks, but 3 of them keep slipping down which make me feel I'd better not wear them. The staff say that I cannot prove that the items were bought within a year, so it is not about quality problem and refuse to exchange other pairs for me. They were demanding the customers to prove yourself rather than helpfully finding solutions together. When I paid for my items at the counter, they didn't tell you that the items were final sale that cannot be returned after payment. No electronic receipt was sent to you. Overall, it should be the very first time and last time I visited this store. The atmosphere was tense.

  Great experience while shopping at this location tonight! I wanted to try on the dress pants that were displayed on a mannequin and the sales associate found them in my size quickly and had me try on both the regular and short lengths. I love that she provided both options. She was knowledgable and seemed to genuinely want to provide the best help.

  I had a wonderful shopping experience at Lululemon today. The staff, Alex and Haley, were incredibly patient, attentive, and responsible in helping me find the right sizes. Their great attitude and thoughtful assistance made me feel very comfortable. I also want to thank the store manager for giving us a warm exception. Lululemon truly feels like a caring and welcoming brand, and it’s a place that deserves everyone’s love.

  Had to come in and do a few returns and some complicated transactions and SARAH was amazing! She knew exactly what to do and how to help me out super effectively and extremely kind. Lucky to have her as an employee!
