Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
A special thank you to Nicole, who provided me with excellent service when I returned my defective down-filled jacket today, October 23, 2025, and I was able to get another coat, not quite the same product; however, a valuable customer speaks volumes when I have been a loyal customer for 25+ years. I bought a pair of aligns online. They come in the mail yesterday. I of course take the tags off and put them on and immediately notice a snag on the left thigh. For 120$ I'm clearly unimpressed. Go to the store with the leggings, tags, receipt and bag they come in. I get told at the front that they were "produced in 2024 and it doesn't match what they have on the computer." Then Im told "we have to talk to our leader." Which I guess is code for a 'We have to go whisper to one another in the back of the store.' The guy comes back and continues to tell me that there was a "24" on the inside of the leggings and "it doesn't match" - insinuating Im trying to exchange an old pair.
They agree to exchange as per their quality assurance policy.
They bring me a new pair from the back. I ask what 'number(year)' is in these new leggings and I'm told "oh they say 2024 but thats okay" - Oh so, its okay now??? Everyone proceeded to ignore me after I pointed out how ridiculous this situation was. Then continued to talk off to the side like a bunch of school girls as I was leaving.
Get a life lol Won't be dealing with this store again.

Decided to get something but no size available. So staff assisted by ordering a pair, and have it hemmed which I eventually picked up. Thank you.

I hate to be this person but the way I was treated in the store was awful. When going in the change rooms there lady helping me asked where my shirt was from and I told her. Only for me to come out of the change rooms mocking me for having a shirt from that brand to another member of staff. She asked I thought I was being nice by telling here but so rude. Made me feel terrible and I still picked up all the things I wanted. Just really will affect the way I see Lulu as a brand.

I'm waiting for a pair of yoga pants they ordered on line. They are being shipped to the store location. The staff so helpful and very professional and polite. A great store and a great atmosphere. 👍💙💛😊
