  I wanted a specific set. Had to order the pants in My size online which came quickly. Picked up the sweater here as an online order. The guy who greeted me at the door grabbed my order for me I didn't even need to go in or stand in a lineup.

  Such a disappointment. I called ahead to confirm they still had the keychains for tier members, and was told they did. When I arrived, they handed me a pink or yellow one instead of the red Pinnacle keychain. They should’ve mentioned they ran out of the original so I wouldn’t have wasted time and gas driving all the way there.

  Had the absolute BEST customer service today at this Lulu location! Made an online purchase for my husband but he felt the fit was not quite the same as his other ABC joggers. Went to the men’s section where we were promptly greeted by a taller gentleman- he was incredibly helpful with addressing our concern and was so genuinely kind in doing so! We then headed to the change room, where my husband tried on the associate’s suggestions. The fantastic service continued, as there were two male associates in the change room who assisted us with the fit of his pants. My gosh, were they ever helpful!! I was blown away by the attention and genuine care we received today by these young men. After making a final decision, we made our way to the cashier where we again were greeted with a very friendly face. Realizing we did not have the original form of payment on us for the exchange, she was more than happy to accommodate us and made it work. She made the transaction so incredibly easy! To say we are beyond impressed with the service at this location is an understatement. It is so nice to see people genuinely care and give great service! Well done!!

  Was Friday 10/10 2025 afternoon.The manager there, a young short woman, spoke to me in an inappropriate manner and refused to help. She was speaking in a loud voice and was not professional at all. She is not qualified to deal with customers or to hold such a position, especially in a company like Lululemon. This experience was very disappointing, especially compared to the professionalism of the other staff members.

  I had the best experience walking into the Lululemon at West Edmonton Mall today. The young man greeting customers at the entrance was incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming — his positive energy completely set the tone for my visit. It was such a genuine, joyful interaction, and honestly the best greeting I’ve ever received at a Lululemon. I left smiling and really appreciated how uplifting he was.
