Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    Didn’t have good sizes . Seems to only cater to one kind of fitting / size . Alo took my business as they did have better sizes for me .

    This experience wasn’t even bad just unnecessary & unappreciated. It was my turn in the cash out line, with three people behind me she went out of her way to fold every piece of clothing behind the cash, because it was a return told me to “take everything out of the bag”(in a passive aggressive manner) which I’ve never been asked to do in any of my other Lululemon returns as if just to tell me something to do. Then went out of her way to make every step of the transaction as difficult as possible. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young, tall, white, or an average looking man or what… But I had a feeling this interaction wasn’t going to go well by her actions pre checkout and I was not proved wrong by her actions. As I was leaving I even said “Thank you for your time, not actually though” because what did I even do to her besides try to return some hoodies on my one day off. I know this is not a representation of the company, but I was upset enough from this experience to write a review.

    Hello I visited the store today & met Karen! She was very helpful & lovely to meet. Karen had great suggestions for what I was looking for & took great care right to the end. Thank you Karen, such a pleasure to meet you!

    I bought two items for $244 at the end of August and returned them last week. During the return, the cashier was very rude and yelled at me, saying, “Take the items out of the bag!” I tried to stay calm and not respond in the same manner, but her behavior made me feel uncomfortable. Because of that, I didn’t check the receipt right away. Later, when I reviewed it, I noticed that she had refunded the money to a credit card that doesn’t belong to me. I went back to the store, but they told me they couldn’t do anything and that I needed to contact customer service instead. It is disappointing that this is the way an employee at the most expensive shop treats you.

    One of the worst store experiences I’ve ever had. I came in to purchase my very first item from this brand and left disappointed. The staff showed zero customer service skills.
