  Kelly’s customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. Her energy was so positive and uplifting — you could tell she truly enjoys what she does. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly professional, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that much warmth and enthusiasm to their work. Kelly made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer, and her genuine kindness really stood out. Thank you, Kelly, for making such a great impression and for delivering top-notch service with such amazing energy!

  Today I had the worst experience here. I am going through treatment for metastatic thyroid cancer and am already struggling with body image issues. I wanted to treat myself to a pair of the new aligns (which I ended up buying) and a nice cami with a built in bra (I can’t really wear normal bras as much since my surgery which impacted my neck muscles). The lady helping me just looked at me, searched on her device and said nope no larges. I never asked for a large and I am typically a medium. But to look at someone and assume their size is extremely not okay. I would expect better from lululemon and I will rethink shopping here in the future.

  I’ve never dreaded going to a store more in my life. The manager here needs to get off her high horse and treat people with kindness and respect. I’ve been unlucky enough to deal with her a few times and been treated with a condescending, holier than thou attitude and also witnessed her treat another woman this way a few months ago. While I choose to treat everyone with kindness upon meeting someone initially, today I decided to just walk out and take my business elsewhere. From the reviews it looks like many people will be doing this. If you want a better experience go to Southcentre, 4th st, or literally anywhere besides this location. Better yet, save your money and put it towards a company that doesn’t continue to keep someone on their team after countless complaints from their valuable customers. Yeesh.

  They gave great friendly service and was able to give us suggestions that suited what we were looking for. Awesome job staff.
