We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    Literally the rudest people I’ve ever met. If you ask about a return or how they work they will give you the nastiest stare and Don’t even utter the words of “exchange”. I didn’t even want to return something I just wanted to know if they do them just in case. Whatever pressure this company has on them you need to redirect it because it is not the customers fault that we want to make sure we love an item if we’re paying hundreds of dollars for it lol. I planned to spend about $600 here and I took my money right over to Arie. You girls need to be corrected with your attitudes immediately.

    I was here on August 30th around 6pm. I went to try on 3 piece of clothing: 2 shorts, and 1 pair of legging. The girl that helped me only ask for my name so I entered the changing room while she wrote my name. After I finished trying out all the pieces I came out and was greeted by an older lady. She looked at the clothing I was holding and said where’s the fourth piece. I was so confuse because I only had 3 pieces of clothing to start with. She then continued in an accusing tone asking me where the fourth piece of clothing was while pointing at the “4” that was written NOT BY HER next to my name on the door. She then snatched all the clothes that I tried on although I said that I was gonna buy one of them. She then walked back to the checkout counter and started putting away all the clothes while ignoring me. I had told her that she can check all my stuff and the security camera if she needed or to ask the girl that had written my name down, but she continued to ignore me. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Will not be returning to this location.

    This is the worst and least helpful Lululemon store I have been to in the country and it is a shame it is my local store. First, it is a smaller store, which is fine, but it is the customer service that is the real issue. Recently o have not been offered any assistance when shopping. They give no time of day when asking questing about a quality return. I had a pair of shorts develop a hole in the middle of the leg. The manager said that is normal wear and tear (no it is not). Fortunately, their online customer service is phenomenal and product always shops free.

    Had my 1 year old abc pants rip around the belt loop. I was told this was normal wear and couldn’t be exchanged so I guess lulu lemon only expects their $130 pants to last less than a year.
