Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

Not so accommodating and bit rude. I feel so sorry for Rick ( sorry for spelling) but you need more training for customer service. Disappointed customer here!!

Ordered from lululemon’s website; payment and shipping to a freight forwarding address were accepted without warning. The parcel never arrived, and customer service refused to provide proof of delivery or escalate the case. Repeated template replies, no accountability. Filed complaints with the BBB and Canadian authorities. Customers deserve transparency before purchase, not excuses after.

I had a great experience at Lululemon! The staff were extremely helpful — they took the time to help me find the right items and also made my return process quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I really appreciated their patience and positive attitude. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend this location to anyone shopping at Lululemon!

Really disappointed with how your staff acted today. I honestly didn’t expect that kind of attitude from your team. The way they talked and handled the situation was so unprofessional and rude, no respect at all. Customers go there expecting to be treated properly, not to be ignored or spoken to with an attitude. It’s not the first time I’ve heard people complain about the same thing, and now I understand why. If this is how your staff treats people, it really reflects badly on your management. You should seriously do something about this because good service is what keeps people coming back, not the name or the place itself. Please train your staff better on how to deal with customers, respect and professionalism go a long way.

Unbelievable customer service! I was at this location last Saturday (exactly October 4) and I am sharing awareness to spread training on your employees to have a better understanding on retail service. I have always loved this store due to their friendliness approach, my other colleagues and my daughters love fitness and always visit your store since it’s also close to our home and job. This one specific sales associate ruined the whole experience for me and my family. I went in with my daughters and a lady named Adrianna (I only heard her name because she was SO HAPPY attending other customers and talk to another of her associates rather than us!) We came in just regularly shopping and I remember her looking up and down on us and has this most disgusting face and proceeded to ignore us the whole time even when we clearly have some questions along the way. My daughters felt this profiling experience and was so upset about this whole interaction and are not comfortable shopping with your store ever again. I shared my experience with my co-workers and it’s shocking to find out that they also have a similar experience with the lady I identified. I don’t ever want anyone else to experience this kind of retail service and she should better think of a different job besides customer service!
