  Had to get an exchange for a pair of ABC trousers that were beginning to fall apart. Although the quality has gone down in their clothing the staff are super helpful and friendly!

  Have defective product. Bought a couple of months ago. Stitching coming undone after only worn twice ! Took it to this location for exchange and they want to charge me more for replacement of exact same product even with receipt !! Manager was absolutely useless not interested in resolving. Worst customer service ever at this location. Cashiers are rude. If the directors at Lulu ever saw how this location is run they would fire the manager and half the staff. Terrible. Zero stars !!!!

  I found the Rain Rebel jacket at this store which I was on the hunt for back in Montreal (which was sold out in all the stores there). Super happy with the knowledgeable staff who assisted me at this location and the cashier who completed my transaction!

  So disappointed and unhappy at this location and very poor customer service at the store also they never answer the phone 📞 calls, I called ten times …..😞😞😞

  I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. The product I received was both overpriced and defective, which fell far below the quality I expected. To make matters worse, they promote a “quality promise” that they do not honour — it feels like nothing more than a marketing ploy. This experience has left me with no confidence in their products or their brand, and I will not be purchasing from them again. As a Canadian company, I had expected higher standards and accountability, but that was not the case here. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before buying.
