  I had a fantastic experience at the Yonge &Eglinton store. Camille was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable while she helped me in getting my pants re-altered. She was genuinely committed to helping me with what I needed.

  It is a nice location and The staff is really friendly. You can find many options and you can try all the clothes.

  I had an excellent experience with Emma at the Lululemon store. I came in with a shirt I had received as a gift from the US, but needed a different size here in Canada. Since the exchange wasn’t straightforward, Emma took the time to contact head office and spent over 30 minutes patiently working through the issue. She was professional, kind, and committed to finding a solution. Thanks to her effort, I was able to leave with the right size. Great customer service!

  Very limited availability and rude staff. Don’t recommend this store at all. Rather drive 10 more minutes to the Fairview Mall.

  My mother is 90 years old, one day we were walking by and she said oh I bought a pair of pants here a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love them. We went inside and looked around and when are the best sales people I've ever encountered what is assisting us. She was extremely patient and informative and helped my mother out with anything she needed. Needless to say I was overly impressed. We have gone back numerous times since then and the service is always been impeccable.
