  I just recently started shopping at Lululemon. The staff make the shopping experience very enjoyable. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Although it is expensive, the quality is exceptional and the adding extra fee hemming makes it so much easier to get alterations done. I'll continue to order online but I prefer to go in person for a better shopping experience since the staff are outstanding! Special shout out to Micheal! You're awesome! The lady that helped me at cash today and the other lady who helped hem my clothes were also great. I'm terrible with names but will update this as soon as I'm back in and ask again

  The most amazing service! I called in looking for a specific style/colour sweater and the sweet lady I was speaking with went all around the store providing me names and colours so I could pull them up online while we were chatting. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She even wished me luck at my event that I was needing the sweater for. Im bummed that I didnt ask her name to give her a proper shout-out, but I hope she sees this! 🥰

  Excellent service! The employees went above and beyond by even looking up products online and suggesting similar in-stock items to try on for fit. Their customer service was outstanding, and their knowledge of both in-store and online products was impressive.

  Well let's see I've been in this store 4 times now and yes I live here in Kingston. Today Sept 6th will probably be the last. NOT one single employee even acknowledged I was there, I'm walking around looking at stuff, no hi, no can I help you NOTHING Absolutely nothing they were all talking with each other drinking their drinks. So I guess I'll take my time and money elsewhere!
