  Tall, young man I wish I got his name was very helpful. The item I wanted apparently was only available but I wanted to make sure it was a proper size. He got a few shirts that were similar to the item I wanted and let me try them on. After I confirm it fit he help me place my order online to my house. Really appreciated his help and friendliness.

  I went into the store last week looking for a pair of leggings and I was pretty overwhelmed at first, but received the best help from Jayda! I didn’t really know exactly what I was looking for but she broke everything down to me and cleared up all my confusion. I left with exactly what I needed and was very pleased with my experience overall. I’ll def be back! thx jayda:)

  Bought something here, a month later I Noticed some pilling on the item. I took it back and showed them they immediately provided a new item. Excellent service.

  Unfortunately the worse customer service. For a retailer that is supposedly a decent brand, the store manager Gec was not at all helpful. I had an item to return tags on, not worn and not washed and still in the package and was only offered store credit. The manager said “sorry we only give store credit” and was told to call Lululemon customer service. The staff members attitude was awful and the manager was no better. I called customer service and they apologized and said there was no reason to not get a refund. I will not shop at this location and unlikely return to Lululemon as a customer.

  I was helped by Simran and Alex … incredible service. This store has really good employees! Very Baby friendly and always a pleasant experience
