  Dear Lululemon Team, During my recent visit to your store, I was assisted by an Asian male cashier whose service was noticeably inattentive. Unfortunately, the retail security tag was left on one of the pair of pants I purchased. I value Lululemon’s products and service standards, but this experience fell short of expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve attention to detail and customer care at this location.

  When you purchase off Afterpay they don’t let you return anything. Money grab company that does not care about their customers

  I had an amazing shopping experience at the lululemon Eaton Centre during my two visits! Blake was incredibly helpful, assisting me in checking stock for an item I wanted and kindly helping me order it online when I faced technical issues. Priscilla at the cashier was also super friendly and made the checkout process a breeze. Great staff and fantastic service!

  Terrible experience at Eaton Centre. Tried to exchange my Scuba pants without a receipt, and the manager had no clue about their own quality promise program. He checked the size dot and said the first two letters mean the month (not the season). Seriously? How can a manager not even know how to read the size dot? Makes me laugh and lose confidence in the brand. Good luck—won’t be shopping here again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
