Most of my wardrobe is Lulu because they have clothing and apparel for any occasion. For me, comfort & convenience is priority, whether working out or going out for the evening. I haven't purchased a pair of jeans, "slacks", dress shirts, or even blazers by any other brands in well over a decade because I know I can rely on high quality merch that's easy to wear & will last long. With such a selection, I've continued to refresh my look with ABC pants, seasonal tops, and workout gear, knowing I'll have the same comfort & fits. With plenty of styles, colors, and materials to choose from, it's easy to keep my style fresh every time I add a new piece. The Robson location is the only store I ever shop in the flesh because I can just as easily follow the "We Made Too Much" category online for sales on different colors & materials of what I know will fit already, plus lots of bonus Aeroplan points! At this location, it really seems like each staff member enjoy their jobs. I don't think they could fake their consistently exceptional customer service! The occasions I go in alone, the staff are always flying around helping with sizes, etc... So what I appreciate the most in this store are the honest opinions from whoever is helping me in the fitting room area. If it doesn't look right, they will come up with another option, but when they give me a green light, I can feel confident with my purchases. Their return/exchange policies for members are the easiest I've experienced. Their turn around time with alterations is never more than five days, & often less. It's an uplifting, above & beyond experience, from their greeters to the till👌😊

I visited today. I was trying a fleece jacket, but all the sizes in the color I wanted were sold out. It’s available to order online, but I wish the store had more in stock. The sales associate—his name was Walter, I think—was very kind and helpful.

Honestly, just go to the one in Metrotown… I went to Robson Street store on Saturday 2025/10/11 at about 4 pm. I asked one associate to help me find a Cross chill city-to-hike jacket in smaller size and he said he’ll look into it so I followed behind him. He then left the jacket that I needed help with, then ran after some guy and asked if his friend (another associate) can get a picture with this guy!!!! So I stood there awkwardly then took the jacket, returned it where I got it from and left the store. His treatment was unprofessional and very unpleasant for me. But anyway, I ended up getting the jacket from Metrotown store where the atmosphere was VERY different. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t get the name of the associate from Robson St. store, but I hope I was being descriptive enough of my experience and hopefully someone from the store would read this lol.

I visited this branch today to exchange a raincoat, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. The cashier kept making mistakes and had to repeatedly ask her coworker for help. It made the process unnecessarily slow and confusing. In the end, she overcharged me — which I noticed myself — and the same mistake happened again. What disappointed me the most is that she didn’t even offer a simple apology for wasting my time. Please consider providing proper training in both technical skills and customer service for the cashiers. I don’t plan to shop at this location again.
