  Very bad customer service. Matt, who I believe is the manager is very rude and have no sense of customer service. Not willing to help and would tell you to go to a different location if you need who can help you.

  Beyond happy with my experience yesterday buying the City Essentials bag! I never got a name from the guy at the cash but he made my day! Lovely to speak with, was fast and prompt with my exchange of a coat, all around left with a big smile on my face! If more people could be as kind as him the world would be a much, much happier place! 😇

  The staff are usually rude and condescending for no reason. Most of my interactions were negative- even when things could be said positively they usually find a way to give a negative twist to it. I would strongly recommend a thorough customer service training for this outlet

  I had an outstanding experience at this Lululemon store thanks to Emma. She not only answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns, but also went above and beyond to ensure I left completely satisfied. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. It is rare to encounter such dedication and exceptional customer service. Emma is an asset to the team and deserves recognition for her efforts. She should get a pay rise due to her unparalleled customer service!

  Had a nice shopping experience. It was my first time visiting the store and mall in general. Came from Newmarket. The service from the greeter was great (Thurs. Aug.28th around 1:45pm)! She was friendly, and set me up in a fitting room while she got my online order. Even when I asked for an additional item in the same colour as the define jacket to pair with it, she let me know they didn’t have any in-store, but if I checked online I could probably find something at a great price. The store was kind of busy but it was nice that this associate showed interest and helped me out. Overall in and out pretty quickly which was great. I’d definitely recommend anyone visit this store.
