  This visit is my first time visiting Kelowna (and first time to the Lululemon). I was met with a smile as soon as I walked in the door and was asked if I needed help with anything. Joely was the person at the fitting room who was super helpful and kind. She helped me find my right size and looked into different colour options. Capri was the girl at the cash and was so sweet asking how my day was and making sure I had a great experience. I would highly recommend!

  I went in to see if I could find a decent pair of leggings. I'm a little heavier than I'd like to be sure but they make leggings big enough to fit women who are a little heavier. The minute i walked in the saleswoman looked at me like I was dirty and and had no business being there. Assuming cause im too heavy..maybe not but thats how the look she gave me made me feel. I waited for a few minutes to see if she would come and help me. I was ignored by more than one sales associate. What a pretentious store. Sorry im not skinny like everyone else. That gave me severe anxiety and I couldn't wait to leave the store.

  These days, it can feel like great customer service is a bit of a rarity, but my visit to Lululemon Kelowna yesterday morning was a delightful exception. Deja, who assisted me, was absolutely lovely and really went above and beyond. She was full of wonderful tips and ideas on how to wear the clothing I picked out, and thanks to her, I found a gorgeous bomber jacket and some beautiful wine-colored pants. It was so refreshing to see that level of care and attention from someone so young. Kudos to Deja and the team!

  Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Called ahead of time to make sure that my purse was warrantyable. I go in and the guy tells me oh nope it's just over warranty. It would have been warrantied if you came in sooner. Would not recommend going to this store. Probably will not buy anything from Lululemon ever again.

  Visiting from Edmonton and made a quick stop at lululemon, as soon as we walked in we were welcomed by Taylor, she helped me find the jacket that i wanted and was so amazing to deal with and talk to! Awesome location and excellent staff, will make sure to make a stop there every time im in town.
