We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
Visited Lululemon to shop for a friend’s birthday and was blown away by the amazing service. The associate Mady not only helped me find the gift but also wrote and drew a beautiful birthday card for my friend! This thoughtful gesture made my gift even more special. Truly above and beyond customer care,I sincerely appreciate it, Thank you Mady! (Forgive me if I spelled it wrong)

The Lululemon store in the Rideau Centre is one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. The store itself is so organized and welcoming, which makes browsing easy and enjoyable.
Brenna greeted me when I arrived and was amazing — friendly, attentive, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for without ever being pushy. In the fitting room area, Bekka was just as wonderful. She went out of her way to bring me a pair of leggings so I could properly try on sports bras, which made a huge difference.
Some stores make in-person shopping feel stressful, but this visit was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The products are great, but the staff really take the experience to the next level. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Make sure you double-check your shipping address when ordering from Lululemon’s website. I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I accidentally placed an order using my old address and immediately contacted them—using every available support option—to request an address change. Despite following up for four days, the package was still delivered to the wrong address.
To make things worse, one of their representatives put me on hold, then hung up on me, and later told me to file a missing package report within 24 hours. I had already done everything I could to prevent this issue ahead of time. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time and money.

The store had its usual four or five associates tackling you when you came in... but one overworked cashier during the lunchtime is completely unacceptable when the line snakes onto the sales floor.
While pleasant to all - the young lady at the cash was moving as fast as she could with while taking care to look after the product right - it's idiocy to have to wait 15 minutes to go through a cash at lunch time. You still had about 8 people on the floor who could have stepped on to get the line moving.
Hard fail to the management of this store.

We came in 10 minutes before close (and hate to be those ppl) but Laura was able to help us get a full set, guess our foreign guests size and get in and out without a doubt of care within 15mins... Thanks for staying open a few minutes later and being stellar! Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.
