  A white blonde woman working at the registers was very rude, and had no sense of urgency whatsoever. We were clearly in a rush and the mall closed at 7, it was already 6:40. We got to the line at the front and she tells us to give her a second while she slowly talks with her coworker about a product inquiry the customer next to us were having. No sense of urgency at all!!! We handed them the cash amount and the register bugs and since we were in a rush we told her that if the issue is difficult she could just leave it and hand us the money back, which by the way was still in her hands!! It was not even in the cash register and she was being very dismissive about it and pushing me away and telling me to just give her a second while she calls her manager Micheal who is half way across the whole world and calls for him as quietly as she could and making the whole situation very stressful. By this time I had already tried to be respectful about it and telling them if it can’t be done quick that they can just leave it and as soon as another coworker stepped in to help it was resolved immediately. I had no problem with the sales associates up until the white blonde lady we worked with at the register. Tested our patience and was not professional or knowing of their job at all.

  I had the best experience with Michelle E, the manager at the Yorkdale location! She helped me find the perfect outfit for my half marathon, provided me with so many options even helped me out with fitting/styling. I’ve honestly never had better customer service. If you’re wanting to try something new and unsure of it, definitely check out this location and ask for Michelle E :)

  I feel confident with this sweater Steady State Half Zip. I like this store in the Yorkdale mall. It's big and the staff is friendly.

  Longtime customer of Lululemon- a brand which I love. The Yorkdale location is the one closest to me, and yet ironically, the one I avoid when making purchases. The customer service is appalling, for years- to this day. (I pop in casually whenever I'm at Yorkdale just to check out their new stuff, and I find myself running out of there aggravated. Not good Lulu!
