I had such a great shopping experience thanks to Anne! She was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. Anne helped me find the right sizes, suggested styles that suited me perfectly, and made sure I found pieces I absolutely loved. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Anne, for your amazing service. You truly made my day!

I need to tell anyone reading this about the wonderful sales associate I encountered today. I feel so bad that I can't remember her name, it started with a P. Anyways, yesterday I bought 3 pairs of leggings only to get home and realize I'd actually grabbed the wrong ones. I went back this morning, hoping for a refund but expecting a store credit. This lovely woman gave me a full refund, and was so kind and sweet about it. I shop here often and always have a good experience but this woman today really went above and beyond. If you are reading this, thank you! You are a kind and sweet person and the world needs more of you.

I went to Metrotown store on Saturday 2025/10/11 at about 5:45 pm to buy Men's Cross Chill City-to-Trail Jacket. I came here after leaving the Robson St. Store due to horrible customer service that I experienced. I’m glad to say that I had a very pleasant experience in Metrotown store. The associate that helped me here was very friendly and accommodating. So much so that I didn’t even need to line up to pay because she helped me place an online order for the item I wanted. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but I hope someone from the store would read this and pass the message to her!

I spent $165 and got a half-cent service I think employees should double-check the clothes before delivering them to customers. I once received contaminated clothes. So as soon as I received the clothes from the staff, I came home after reconfirming myself, but the staff stared at me so much that I was very uncomfortable. The staff was chatting with another staff and then I told her that Im here to pickup the moment I made eye contact with an staff asked me “ order or a pick-up? with brown skin , long, curly hair and a smileless look

Great follow up customer service. I came in on a busy Saturday to try on work pants for the first time. I’m fairly new to buying Lululemon, especially since I’ve just started my fitness journey so going in is exciting for me as I feel comfortable and confident in their clothing. Which says alot since working out has always been a sensitive topic for me. I was helped in Fits by a girl who was very kind and suggested I try another size other than what I originally picked for work pants. She communicated to another team member to grab me a size but unfortunately it did not come as I waited more than 10 minutes and then a different member also asked if I needed a size and relayed that I was waiting. She then also told the runner I was waiting for a size. I saw that the runner came back and forth but in the chaos and maybe under staff afternoon she forgot. I left feeling not great and rushed out as it was really busy with a line almost passed cash. A couple minutes later I realised that my friend was still waiting for me inside so I stepped into the store and was approached by another team member by the name of Jamal. He said he noticed that I was being helped earlier and asked if he could do anything now to help me shop. While I appreciate him asking at that moment, I was ready to leave the store. I ended up shopping for a couple more hours in Metrotown and came back later in the day for a sports bra and this nice associate, Christy helped me. She was very friendly, checked for my size promptly and gave great customer service. We had a nice chat about earlier as she recognised me and I really appreciate her understanding from my point of view as a customer. I use to work as a manager in Metrotown years ago and I understand it does get busy. Miscommunication does happen. She assured me that she deeply apologised on behalf of her other team members and proceeded to help me with my purchase. Shout out to Zaza and Christy for making my experience later that day amazing also shout out to Jamal for the initial follow up. :)
