Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable! They explained the current promotions and even offered to double check the back for a different color of the bag I was looking for. The lady who helped me was professional and very attentive, great customer service!

Extremely difficult to contact anyone in person. Been trying for three days . No one ever answers the phone at all.

Explored the store yesterday afternoon and found it really nice. Greeted and saw some of the men's selection. Lovely shopping experience.

Customer service is basically zero here; in fact, many of the employees are quite rude when you ask for help. Janet in particular made me feel really small and was very dismissive of my requests for other sizes when I was in the changing room. I would recommend shopping online over coming in person.

I visited this Lululemon location while in town and was genuinely surprised by the lack of customer service. Upon entering, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, and no one asked if we needed assistance. When I was directed to the fitting room, the employee simply watched me walk over without saying a word—no explanation, no engagement. After trying on items, I wasn’t given any guidance on what to do with the pieces I didn’t take. While I’m used to putting things back myself, it’s typically appreciated when a team member offers to help or at least acknowledges the effort. I also asked an employee about an item that appeared to be out of stock, and not only was she unfamiliar with what I was referring to, but she didn’t even turn to engage or offer to check further. The overall energy made it feel like customer experience wasn’t a priority—almost as if assistance was only offered if I looked ready to spend a significant amount of money. As someone who genuinely enjoys Lululemon, this visit was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the store experience for future customers.
