  My recent purchase of the ABC Pants was a complete letdown. The sizing was way off. I own several pairs of Lululemon pants in the same size, and this one fit like it was at least two sizes smaller. I even brought another pair I own to the store to show the difference. We compared it side by side with both my own pair and another in-store item of the same size. It was obvious to everyone, including the store staff, that the pair I received was defective. What made things worse was how Lululemon handled it. I agreed to exchange it, but they tried to charge me the price difference because I had bought mine on sale ((just 20 percent off, not some crazy deal). That is absurd! I should not have to pay more to replace an item that never should have passed quality control. When I asked for a refund, they said the best they could offer was store credit. That is unacceptable. Selling a defective product and refusing to issue a proper refund is not just poor customer service. It shows a lack of accountability and respect. I expected much better from a premium brand. This experience seriously damaged my trust in Lululemon and how they treat their customers when something goes wrong.
