Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
I had such a lovely experience at this location today! I was greeted by two educators who seemed very nice. The store is super clean and organized as well. The highlight of my visit was Ricky (I believe that is his name) - he was very professional and thoroughly listened to my situation and made it right. I am impressed by his patience and willingness to help me! Thank you, Ricky!

In contrast to the most recent review, I had the complete opposite experience. I walked into Lululemon with what felt like an impossible task — I needed 14 sweatshirts, for two different genders, in a range of sizes — and I was completely stressed out.
But Kristal, Tracy, and Tori absolutely turned my day around. What I expected to be a chaotic and stressful morning ended up being one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time.
As someone who used to work in retail, I know how cutthroat and draining it can be — but this experience truly restored my faith. The team worked together seamlessly, and I was in and out of the store in under 30 minutes, smiling and beyond grateful.
Huge thank you to Kristal, Tracy, and Tori for stepping in and making it happen. It was amazing to witness such a collaborative effort — you all crushed it! I will be a repeat customer at this location until the end of time.

lulu stock and profit soars, but they won't spend a dime training their staff! how about teaching the summer staff piled inside the store to listen, or where to find the friggin sensor, or really help customers! My very young salesperson never listened to the sizes she offered to check the back for, tried to take care of two other customers in the 10 steps to get to the back, and came back with 3 size bigger. Then cashier couldn't find the sensor so bagged everything with sensors on. I had to help him locate it. huge stress to walk in here! quality products but no company culture!
