Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

Hopefully she's next to go when corporate cuts come! Spent $500+ here and she couldn't even look me in the eye. As a shareholder as well, why spend all this money training + hiring people like her when you can have a self chekcout for 1/5 the price and 1000x better customer service? A machine can say thank you for shopping!!!

- JJJodie JacksonJun 3, 20241.0I was in the store, There was not anyone working the floor. I then go back to the young lady who was checking people into the fitting rooms to ask a question. I tell her that I am looking for the fitted shorts with a pocket. She said, "those are not carried in the store but online, I'm sorry"! Not, can I help you order them in the store, is there anything else I can help you with!. I left the store shocked. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE? Is this the reason why brick and mortar stores are shuttering, no I'm sure there is a slew of other reasons. But just thought you should know.
