  For Hamilton Place location There were four worthless employees standing around doing absolutely nothing when I walked in to grab my online order that I placed for this particular location. They told me to just look around the store for something else while they cancel my order that they couldn’t find.

  Isabella, Preston, and Kailyn are amazing. I mean strait up amazing. Isabella runs such a clean shop and very successfully build an atmosphere in the store that is so welcoming and inviting and friendly. Everyone was beyond helpful in helping find what you’re looking for. Crate store with great people. I will be back again just to see them.

  Best customer service I've experienced in 10+ years. I'm new to lulu and I went to check out the ABC pants. I can't remember her name but a sales person immediately came over and walked me through the options. Then she got me set up in the dressing room and gave me helpful feedback on what looks good. And then a couple other sales folks also chimed in with very helpful information. Honestly, at first I thought they were sort of putting me on -- I mean they are very friendly and clearly focused on customer experience. But then I noticed that's just how they treat everyone. It was a very good experience. I'll definitely be back and often. Also the ABC pants are very comfortable and IMHO look great!

  I mostly dealt with Maddie at this location, and shared a compliment, but I want to make sure the whole staff is acknowledged for their awesome service and attitude. It's not easy to provide consistent quality service, but it's very easy to stand out these days when you do, and this team certainly does - not to mention, such a cool location and vibe!
