  “I had purchased this model of pants before and was very satisfied, but unfortunately the quality of the new one is not the same as before. The fabric feels weaker and seems like it will wear out quickly. I am really disappointed with this purchase and I hope the brand/store maintains the same quality as before.”

  Excellent service, as clean as the one in downtown crown Gaithersburg, just way bigger. Ive never been in one so vast. I bet during holiday seasons it must be crowded. The staff was very helpful and nice, I went in their because one my lululemon pant got a stain from eating orange chicken at the food court lol and they provided me with baby wipes to help clean it off. Thats 5 stars service ! Overall it’s the most trendy upscale clothing brand right now! Every family has at least one item from there if they want to look trendy and chic. Its the louis vuitton of sporting goods.

  We’ve visited several Lululemon locations over the years, and while we don’t frequent this particular store often, we’ve been in before. This time, however, Delilah stood out in the best way. My daughter needed to exchange a shirt, and Delilah made the process not only smooth but also genuinely pleasant. She was kind, patient, and warm. Qualities that truly make a difference in customer service. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize her for going above and beyond. Thank you, Delilah your kindness didn’t go unnoticed!

  I’m so thrilled that we have a Lululemon at Westfield Mall in Bethesda! It’s such a welcome addition, and shopping here has been a wonderful experience. The convenience of free parking makes it easy to pop in, and I love being able to visit other stores in the mall at the same time. The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve made a few purchases here already, and every visit has been smooth and enjoyable. I even returned an item I had purchased out of state, and the return process was absolutely seamless—quick, easy, and stress-free, thanks to the amazing team. I’m so happy to have this store nearby and will definitely be coming back!
