I had such an amazing experience at the Lululemon Bridgeport location! I ran to Google to make sure to share a 5 star review. The entire team went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The manager, Christian, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about us as customers. You can really feel how much pride they take in providing great service it’s such a warm and positive atmosphere. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help without being pushy. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days! I left not only with exactly what I was looking for, but also with a huge smile. Highly recommend this location! They truly embody what great customer experience should feel like.

Considering that it is inside a busy mall with a lot of traffic, I think that this lululemon location is pretty good, and that the staff are all trying to do their best. Sometimes it gets more chaotic and messy than smaller, less frequented locations, and sometimes they run out of things more easily, but the employees will do their best to ensure that they can connect customers to the product they need. Due to the traffic, it doesn't have as much of a luxury feel to it. They have a good sales rack here with rotating merchandise, and it's nice to check out what they offer here. On the other hand, I'm a shopper that needs alone time to browse and figure things out for myself, and lululemon itself does not seem to recognize that shoppers like me exist. I used to work at a lululemon so I know what it's like. Sales associates, also known as educators, are essentially forced to pester the shoppers, and managers are told to monitor how the educators are doing. Therefore lululemon isn't quite a peaceful place to shop. Prices are also a bit too expensive for my liking.

Avoid wasting a lot of time and double check your order before you leave the store if you’re picking up. (Update) FINALLY made it back over to return the pants (because of THEIR mistake) and they have the audacity to tell my husband they can only be returned for store credit. I’ll be looking for a replacement for this brand. Lulu just isn’t interested in keeping customers or caring at all. Shame on me for expecting a higher quality buying experience when I’m paying more. 👎🏻👎🏻

Great location and stock but your floor sales employees....are annoying as hell. I get they're just doing their jobs but I was seriously asked if I needed help like 27 times. LEAVE ME ALONE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. Its annoying ,constantly being bothered while shopping. Then a guy kept asking if I need help....every time I looked at something different. GO AWAY. I feel like there are more employees than shoppers on any given day. Its ridiculous.
