  On three different occasions, I’ve visited this store and not once has anyone acknowledged me not when I walked in, not while I browsed, and not when I left. Associates have even walked past me multiple times without a single greeting or offer to help. Lululemon promotes itself as an inclusive and welcoming brand, but as an African American woman, I have not felt that inclusivity reflected in my experiences here. I hope this feedback encourages the team to be more attentive and genuinely welcoming to all customers.

  The 3 employees working on October 21st were incredibly rude and racist. They were caught talking behind my husbands back and when confronted, they apologized but it was not genuine since they went back to talking crap when we walked away. Should’ve looked at the reviews since there are multiple times where blatant racism was experienced here by the employees. Don’t come to this location if you’re a POC.

  I was in the store a couple of years ago. I was ignored of course however didn't know they practiced systematic racial tatics. And then I researched the company and why the owner chose that name. Just WOW is all I have to say.

  I love lululemon. There clothes are amazing and so is there staff they are always there to help me and help decide what to buy. Wich is usually a lot.😆
