  My sister and I were here the last day of tax free week. We came in around 30 minutes from closing time. As 9 was rolling around, an employee told us we could take as long as we needed. She was really sweet and reassured us even after we apologized multiple times for how long we were taking. However, multiple employees were STARING at us and giving us the stankiest eyes. Then as we went to check out, the employee was unbelievably rude. She was tall, blonde, and had glasses. She was snappy, visibly irritated, and let the door hit us on her way to the second doors when she was letting us out… she couldn’t wait to get us out of the store with no concern to how she was treating us. After we just dropped $400. Rude. Bad. Get ur employees in check! Not shopping here again.

  Don’t touch peoples stuff. Especially a young girls bag to see what she has in there. It’s okay to be curious to ask, “What did you get?” But keep your hands off things that do not belong to YOU. And you weren’t curious to see what she bought. You were trying to see if she had something in there that she didn’t buy. How come this wasn’t done to ANY ONE else? Disgusting.

  This has been our go to location for years. All of the staff are always friendly and ready to help. Obviously Lulu's products are excellent quality, but the store being run the way it is makes each experience that much better.

  I witnessed extremely disappointing and discriminatory behavior at this Lululemon location. A Black woman and her niece were followed around the store, stared at, and monitored closely by staff. After they paid, an employee immediately checked their bags which is something I did not see happen to any other customers. The profiling was obvious, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. No one should be treated like this while shopping. I hope Lululemon takes this seriously and addresses the racial bias clearly displayed by their staff. The woman who checked the bag was older with dark hair.
