  Quality has gone down SO much. I just bought some leggings a month ago and noticed after my second time wearing them I’d been walking around all day with a hole in them on my BUTT. I was down the street so asked if they could order some more and I’d pick them up and give them the ones with the HOLE in it. But no, Collin the manager said they can’t even order them to the store until I take the pants off and give them to them. For as much money as we spend I’m SO disappointed in the quality.

  Shout out to Morgan who went above and beyond earlier today on the phone. She went all over the store looking for the keychain I wanted. BEST customer service I’ve had in awhile. And BEST customer service I have had in Nashville. Thank you Morgan
