  This isn’t the first or second time where I’ve walked in and have been completely unacknowledged. The main girl that has worked there for months is super condescending. There were 3 other customers in the store with 3 workers there… no one came up to me. The main girl (who is short, long dark hair & doesn’t wear make up) looked at me multiple times and said nothing to me until I approached her for help. So glad lululemon has an online store so I don’t have to deal with these associates at the quarry. I recommend going to the location at La cantera.

  Horrible experience in the quarry store this evening. Happy to share with any management who may care to know. Before leaving the store I returned my purchase as I do not care to support this store. I’ll try another location before writing off this brand. There is absolutely no reason to be disrespectful and rude to customers!

  So I went in there for a decent gift. First time and such. Not sure if it’s because I’m a guy or because I looked a certain way but legit 5 people got greeted/helped before me lol . Not exaggerating I walked the store 3 times and nothing. it wasn’t until I made it obvious that I got a “what’s up” lol my money is as green as anyone else’s but my hair wasn’t blonde enough I guess lol. First and last time. Getting my gift from new balance.
