This Lululemon location is the best location I’ve been to! The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable! The store is clean and easy to navigate and everything always seems to be in stock. Me and my sister stopped by this location Sunday and were blown away by the amazing service that Allie-Joy and Tony provided us. They were so helpful with helping us find the right fit in our active wear and extremely knowledgeable about the perks that Lululemon offers their customers. This is going to be my main shopping location moving forward.

I wish I could give zero stars. The staff at this Lululemon store were unbelievably rude, extremely entitled, privileged energy.
They stood around chatting, made eye contact, and still refused to acknowledge customers for minutes. What gives you the idea that’s acceptable while charging outrageous prices for leggings? You can keep your cheaply made products and nasty attitude to yourself.
The arrogance clearly trickles down from the top, a brand built on elitism and exclusion. Shame on this company for letting that culture thrive.

This Lululemon location never ceases to amaze me. The level of customer service here is truly top tier. When I say they get it, they get it. I love that they understand their customer base, they understand process, but more importantly, they know when and how to adapt that process to make sure the customer’s experience stays front and center.
What could have been a simple miscommunication around a hemming issue, which I honestly would have just accepted as a minor inconvenience, turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The level of training and professionalism at this store is far beyond what I’ve experienced at other Lululemon locations.
To the staff, A. Joy, Jake, and Toni, thank you for your kindness, attentiveness, and commitment to creating such a positive experience. I truly appreciate you all and have no doubt you’ll go far in this company.

Love this location! They have a great selection and the associates are very helpful. It can get crowded, so if you go on a weekday, it’s better. Also, ask for Michael. He’s got great taste and is extremely helpful. I struggle buying clothes by myself and I value his opinion. He never steers me wrong.
Don't order from the store.  The customer service is the absolute worst. Fedex lost the package (ordered 2 pr pants) for 2 days.  When it was delivered, it had 4 labels on it, due to poor original labelling by Lululemon.  It had "been on a truck" for 2 days.
When we finally received it, the package was missing a pair of pants.  Lululemon's claims process is awful.  Firstly, their calls are dropped regularly, and reps cannot call you back.  Secondly, they cannot file a claim until 24 hrs after the pckg has been delivered, so we have to call back.  Again.
THEN, it takes 2-3 days for them to "review" your claim and contact you with a resolution, should they actually believe you.
IF you  ask for a supervisor in customer svc to call, THAT takes 1-3 DAYS.  Wow.
Worst service ever.
