  The Educator, Worry, was very helpful with my return request. She helped me try different style pants options in which I ended up loving the trouser look. She was very friendly and professional through out the entire experience! Very happy with my visit and the pants I got!

  Tried to have an order shipped express because we are leaving on vacation and this option is disabled according to customer service chat? The individual I was chatting with had no clue and did not care.

  I purchased a leather bag and it was damaged after 40 days. I have contacted them 3 times and each time i never hear back. Terrible service!

  The facility and staff were wonderful. I am a man that prefers some clothing items in women's because they feel or fit better (i.e. leggings instead of base layers, women's joggers instead of men's depending on the material, etc.). Well, the staff was extremely helpful and non judgemental at all when they saw me shopping in the women's section. They even asked if I needed a fitting room without me asking first, which I definitely did. I will absolutely be back to this store for future Lulu purchases!

  I’ve been to the Hill Dell Lululemon three times now, and every visit has been awesome. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. I usually shop online, but every time I stop by the store just to look around, they end up helping me find something I love. I always walk out with something new! Their suggestions are always spot-on, and the in-store experience has totally won me over.
