Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
Wow... based on all the reviews, I am afraid to go to this store with fear I will have a bad experience. What a shame that customers have had less than pleasant experiences on this premium brand. I guess I will have to find alternatives.

Every point of service we were acknowledged by a rude employee. If this had been our first time there, we would definitely be driving to Tulsa the next time. If seasonal employees, invest in more customer service training.

I love the ABC pants. I went in to buy another pair two weeks ago. They did not have my size in stock, but they ordered a pair and had them sent to my house. The delivery took much longer than expected. When they finally arrived, I took them to the store to get them shortened a bit. Much to my surprise, I was told that this store no longer does alterations (even though they have with almost every other garment I’ve purchased). Frankly, the cost has gone up significantly as well. They want to charge like a high end store, but don’t act like it. I talked to a manager and got no satisfactory response. All of this is interesting in light of the full page editorial in the WSJ last eeek talking about going back to their roots with local input and great service. I call BS on the OKC store. You have lost your way like your CEO said and likely lost another customer! I can easily take my tailoring and business elsewhere.

I was really disappointed at the cashier women. Other people are really nice helping us most of the time. However, today i feel embarrassed from this women cashier. Trying to buy a legging and return the two leggings from online. The online items are in my account. But the cashier pretended i did not buy them, told me she could do one time only to give me credit but not next time. I gave her order numbers already bit she said i don't use the apps so i can't return????What is going on. I showed her my account the leggings are there. But she kept saying she can't see it. make me feel like the items were stole from the store. And the i got credit back to the GC, she kept it. Did not give it to me. I left the store without realize it. I called back 5 minutes later. They have my GC. I could not believe Lululemon hired a BAD person like that. I felt like discriminate because I'm not white.
