I have visited this store multiple times. The large space and and the outlay are very inviting. The merchandise is varied and always high quality. And the staff is amazing: greeting customers with a smile, projecting a positive attitude, and helpful in helping customers with selections and purchases. Special kudos to Hayley, the community specialist who is always friendly, courteous, and going out of her way to ensure customers have a great shopping experience.

It was a great experience because there were so many options to choose from and all the sales people there were so nice. There were so many different outfits for men and Women too. I would definitely recommend going here to shop.

I wasn’t happy with the quality. For the price I expect longevity.

OK so here's the story, several years ago I started buying Lululemon shorts, shirts and joggers. I learned about Lululemon at the gym because where I work out in Newport Beach California this is what everyone was wearing. After buying thousands of dollars worth of their products I started having problems with their pockets. If you wear Lululemon then you probably have had the same problem because I've learned that this is a major problem but their pockets are very easily damaged. The material that they use tears very easily and after a very short period of time your $100 shorts no longer have pockets that are usable. No big deal we took them back and they would not replace the shorts. They had a policy and a procedure where you had to produce the receipt and the receipt was older than I believe a year then there was no warranty but we're not talking about one pair out of a dozen pairs of shorts we're talking about every single pair of shorts that I own. So after visiting multiple stores and being told that there was nothing that they could do for me I stopped buying Lululemon products altogether. The satisfaction that I now have is because today I was at the gym wearing a pair of Lululemon shorts and another person walked up to me and asked me about the shorts and started talking about how disappointed they were with the pockets and the fact that Lululemon would not Replace or refund their customers after they receive bad product. The conversation about Lululemon products between me and another person at the gym quickly became the big conversation at the gym and I'm going to guess there was a dozen people involved. When I pulled my hand out of my pocket and exposed the ripped material another person walked over to me and showed me there ripped shorts as well. The topic about how poorly made the Lululemon products were and how Lululemon won't fix or replace the product for their customers was the subject today at the gym for almost a half hour. And the greatest thing was that everyone involved in the conversation talked about how they don't buy Lululemon clothing anymore because of the ridiculous policies and procedures. Because of their bad quality and their poor customer service I found it very interesting that in Newport Beach California where there are a lot of people that can afford to buy 20+ pairs of $100 shorts, shirts and joggers are all buying products from the competition and not buying From Lululemon. How hard is it just to take care of your client? How hard is it to do the right thing when someone pays $100 for a pair of shorts and the pocket rips in the first month or even the first year, how hard is it to replace the product and keep the customer happy. It also gives Lululemon the ability to correct and fix the manufacturing defect. Again I know that Lululemon is not going to go out of business because of my review but it's nice to know that in Newport Beach California where I'm going to guess a lot of their sales come from is a Group of people at a local gym that are not buying Lululemon anymore simply because Lululemon didn't do what we feel is the right thing.
