We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I came in to exchange a pair of ABC pants I bought in February that ripped near the crotch area. For pants that cost over $130, this was already disappointing quality. The store did agree to order me a replacement, but I was told I’d have to pick them up in-store because shipping to my home would require me to pay the price difference (since the cost online had changed).
I explained that this was a quality issue, not a simple return, but the manager would not make any exception unless I paid extra. For a premium brand, I expected much better customer service. If I’m paying this much, I shouldn’t be penalized for an exchange caused by poor product durability.
Honestly, I would recommend looking into companies like Outlier (New York) for pants instead—better quality and customer service for a similar price point. Lululemon really fell short here.

My mom Visited this store 4:50ish pm AUG 4, 2025 and was rudely greeted by a woman with dirty blonde brown hair that had a white shirt and ponytail that was working register 1 (believe only one open at the time). My mother was trying to just buy me a gift for my recent promotion and instead was greeted with complete negativity and honestly, a malicious attitude. How selfish and unpleasant of a person do u have to be to be having that type of attitude when you are facing customers each day. I understand people have bad day’s as I worked the service industry before, almost or much more ruthless than retail, but the attitude the woman had was uncalled for. Maybe this isn’t the right job or addition training needs to be given as this was abhorrent. The lady acted as I did not have an account here which after this incident is 100% fine as Costco is selling the same things. I hope everyone involved has the day they deserve, you make your own day and I hope it is positive moving forward.

The staff in the fitting room had a really bad attitude and rude. Also the staff is a lady who has short hair.7/15
