  Extremely rude workers. Once had a ton of alterations and asked for the count of items just to keep track turned extremely rude and refused to. Email was never sent. Than followed up a few days and almost lost all the items I had sent for alteration.

  I came in to exchange a pair of ABC pants I bought in February that ripped near the crotch area. For pants that cost over $130, this was already disappointing quality. The store did agree to order me a replacement, but I was told I’d have to pick them up in-store because shipping to my home would require me to pay the price difference (since the cost online had changed). I explained that this was a quality issue, not a simple return, but the manager would not make any exception unless I paid extra. For a premium brand, I expected much better customer service. If I’m paying this much, I shouldn’t be penalized for an exchange caused by poor product durability. Honestly, I would recommend looking into companies like Outlier (New York) for pants instead—better quality and customer service for a similar price point. Lululemon really fell short here.
