This store was kind enough to go above and beyond and make an accommodation/exception for me regarding a pick up order I placed and I’m really grateful! Thanks for caring about me and my order.

Terrible experience the main manger was so rude to me, he is not professional at all. I don’t know his name but he was Hispanic. He should not be a manger and needs to learn better customer service skills

I got their popular ‘Define Jacket Nulu’ which I thought, from just seeing online, was overrated but once I tried it on I understood all the hype around it. The lady near/helping around with the fitting rooms was super nice and helped me pick out a color for my jacket. The store is located on the 2nd floor of the Woodfield Mall and has a pretty good selection of hats, bags, jackets, shirts, pants, socks, and shorts for both guys & girls. Overall, the prices all around are more expensive than the average sports store so keep that in mind before coming.

Probably Worst Lululemon Location in Illinois I shop at multiple Lululemon stores throughout Illinois, and I’ve never experienced a location as consistently incompetent as the Woodfield Mall store in Schaumburg. If I could give zero stars, I would. Let me walk you through just one pair of shorts — and how this location managed to screw up THREE TIMES. On May 23, I went into the store looking for low rise Hotty Hot shorts in Chilled Grape. I asked an educator for help. She said she’d check the back, came out with what she claimed was what I asked for. I trusted her. Bought them. Went to dinner. Afterward, I checked and realized she gave me high rise, not low rise — completely the wrong item. I went back, and the manager tells me they don’t even carry low rise Hotty Hots in-store. So why did the educator give me a random pair without saying that? No explanation — just a brush-off. The manager processed a return and placed an online order for me using a gift card. We triple-checked my shipping address. On May 27, I get a delivery notification. Go to my door: nothing. Mailbox: empty. I check the tracking — y’all… it was delivered to Woodfield Mall. THEY SHIPPED MY ORDER TO THEMSELVES. So now we’re two strikes in — first from the educator, and now a manager placing an order incorrectly. I call the store again, and they agree to reship the shorts to my home. Again, I confirm my address multiple times. The educator repeats it back, promises 3-day shipping. What happens next? On June 16 — still no shorts. I call again, and apparently, the shorts were "delivered" — to yet another wrong address. That makes three failures on the same pair of shorts. And now, because of the delays and errors, the item is sold out online. So here I am on the phone with FedEx trying to retrieve the shorts from wherever the hell they were sent — and praying I can somehow still get them. Today is June 30, and I still don’t have the shorts or a refund. To me, Lululemon Woodfield has earned the title of worst store in Illinois. The educators don’t care, the managers don’t pay attention, and the whole location seems completely incapable of executing even the most basic transactions. If you value your time, money, and sanity — skip this store. Shop at Oakbrook, Naperville, Geneva, Rosemont, or literally any Chicago location instead. This place isn’t worth the gas money.
