  Horrendous customer service, super slow long lines. Highly inefficient, glacial checkout process. Unhelpful, very young employees with no experience or training. Not their fault, but management’s fault for keeping the store understaffed with inexperienced staff.

  The employees at this location are very helpful and kind! I had an easy and stress free shopping experience, definitely my favorite store of the Chicagoland locations :)

  Nice merchandise, horrible customer service and attitude. Especially the manager on duty today. Returned an item purchased online by my daughter. They said without original credit card or receipt, they could only offer store credit. I returned with e receipt and was told they could only offer store credit since purchase was paid in credit and gift card. Still could only offer store credit. Lululemon is a mega corporation with huge IT systems. They had proof of purchase and know exactly how and what was paid by which form of payment. This manager clearly is hanging onto every cent without a care for customer experience. Is the corporation really that desperate? Or just that store? In contrast, the Alo across the way gave a swift and pleasant return. We will shop there.
