  This Lululemon in the Calabasas Commons is really nice. It’s in a great spot with lots of other stores around. The shop is clean, organized, and the staff is super helpful, lululemon prices are in the expensive side but they do have a good selection

  I bought two pairs of sneakers, one of which was discounted at $99, and advertised for a 30-day free trial. I decided to keep the other pair and processed an online return for this one, which confirmed an estimated refund of $99. I dropped into the store hoping for a quick and pleasant trip, however, the employee Alycia, informed me that my purchase is not, according to her, eligible for a refund. Neither the product page, nor the checkout, nor the order confirmation, nor the return confirmation had any statement about the fact that my order is not returnable. In fact, a 30-day trial notice on the item page emphasizes easy returns. After some back and forth, I suggested Alycia tries to process an already complete return authorization, and runs my card. It did work and the return went through. Alycia, still maintained she is right, and I am wrong, and that she was just able to “make an exception” for me this one time. This interaction will make sure I do not consider Lulu next time I shop.
