  As a loyal Lululemon customer who consistently supports this brand, I’ve come to expect a standard of service that aligns with the company’s reputation. Unfortunately, the Jackson location continues to fall short. Not once have I been greeted upon entering, offered assistance, or even acknowledged unless I go out of my way to ask for help. It’s disappointing to feel invisible in a store where I regularly spend significant amounts of money. Exceptional customer service should not be location-dependent, and this store does not reflect the level of care I’ve experienced elsewhere. I hope this feedback leads to real change because customers deserve better.

  My daughter and I love the clothes but not the cold shoulder we got from a few of the store associates.

  My wife friggin' loves it here. The clothes fit her very well, and last a long time. They also have strategically placed pockets that she seems to really like. Lol. They have a pretty great selection of men's wear as well. I think that I would really, really like their pants if I could bring myself to spend that much on a pair of pants.

  Staff didn't even acknowledge us. Really strange. Made eye contact but never as much as said a word to us. Very rude.
