Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
I've only purchased lululemon at my local running store or received their products as gift but haven't gone into an actual store in years. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I receive at this location. Although they didn't carry everything I was looking for in store, I was shown some alternatives by the sales person working on the women's side( didn't catch their name). I think I was welcomed and acknowledged by every single sales person working. I will be shopping lululemon more often because of the great service I received in store.

I was hoping Lululemon would send me an email asking about my experience at this store but I never got it so I felt compelled to come on Google to write a review. Lizette and JC at this location were so phenomena when I visited. They gave me honest opinion and helped me think of ways I could style the clothing. When I needed a new size, they were quick to help me. Honestly, such a wonderful group of staff. If i lived here, this would be my go-to!

I have been shopping at this location for years. It is one of my favorite ones until today, Saturday, September, 13 A lady in the fitting room did not want to help me get another size shirt.after I asked her repeatedly if she could please help me out. I asked her again if she was able to find it and she just said she just hasn’t gotten to it. she showed no interest in helping. I am very disappointed in the lack of attention to the customer.

I had a terrible experience with their return process. I brought items back with my receipt, but the staff gave me store credit at the sale price, even though I purchased them at regular price. She told me none of the items were regular price. Since the receipt only showed the return value, not a breakdown. I later checked at home and confirmed several items were indeed bought at full price.
To make things worse, she claimed she scanned my receipt while processing the return, but she clearly didn’t. This feels dishonest and unprofessional.
On another return, they issued me store credit — but the card had no value on it. It took customer service over a month to finally resolve the issue.
Overall, horrible customer service and a very frustrating experience with Lululemon galleria location.
